Discount Eligibility
- Physician specialists and their colleagues are each eligible to receive a 10% discount on their registration fee.

How to proceed:
- Step 1 – Complete the online registration form and payment.
- Step 2 – Email AU25@eocihealth.com with the name of your colleague who wishes to register. Note: This offer is limited to physician specialists only.
- Step 3 – Your colleague will receive an exclusive link to register at the discounted rate of 10% off the registration fee.
- Step 4 – Once your colleague’s registration is confirmed, you will receive a reimbursement of 10% off your registration fee.
- Registrants under this category will be asked by EOCI, the Organizing Commtittee, to provide proof of their status. Please contact AU25@eocihealth.com for more information.
Cancellation Policy:
Delegates may cancel their registration up to one (1) month before the start date of the conference. To do so, please email AU25@eocihealth.com to request a full refund by December 27, 2024. No refund requests after this date will be accepted.
